Family eSIM
Family eSIM: one eSIM per person, one purchase.
Parents, teenagers, children: everyone has their own connection while travelling. You pay once for everyone. From 3 eSIMs, 10% off the total.
Example calculated with current catalogue prices.
Why one eSIM per person?
One connection for everyone
- Everyone depends on a single phone.
- Its battery and its data serve the whole family.
- As soon as the family splits up, the others are offline.
One eSIM per person
- Everyone keeps their maps, messages and internet calls.
- Everyone uses their own data.
- A teenager who heads off alone stays reachable.

- Unlimited. Fair use: 2 GB a day at high speed, then reduced speed.
- Not sure? “Help me choose” in the configurator estimates the GB per person from your usage and the trip length.
Children's phones
- Run the test on their phone too: dial *#06#. Does an EID number appear? The phone accepts eSIMs.
- No network lock: a phone bought with a contract may be locked. Ask for it to be unlocked before you leave.
- No eSIM possible? An eSIM that is not yet installed can be reassigned to another traveller.
Sirocco does not check the model: you confirm each phone when you order. Does my phone accept eSIMs?
After payment
Send each traveller their eSIM
Enter each traveller's number: they receive a personal link by SMS to install their eSIM.
- Nothing is sent without you: the SMS goes out only when you ask for it.
- A reminder goes out 2 days before departure if the eSIM is not installed. You can turn it off.
- The number is used for this trip only: it is deleted 30 days after the trip ends.
- No number? Send the link by e-mail or share it yourself.
Where everyone is
Four steps per traveller, updated automatically:
Lost link, wrong number? You resend the link, remove access or reassign the eSIM as long as it is not installed.
SMS available to France (mainland and overseas), the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Morocco. Elsewhere: by e-mail or by sharing the link.
Child mode
Your child has their data. You stay in control.
When you order, choose the Child profile for a traveller.
What your child sees
- Their remaining data and its end date.
- A button to ask for more data.
- No prices, no purchases.
What you keep
- You accept or decline each request.
- You top up their eSIM whenever you decide.
What Sirocco does not do
- No screen shows the content viewed, and no data about that content is collected.
- No account is created in the child's name. Purchases are for adults only.
Someone has run out of data?
You top up their eSIM from the trip dashboard, with no reinstallation and without affecting the others. Data used up: the connection stops and nothing extra is charged.
Security and everyone's data
- Each traveller sees only their own eSIM: their usage, its end date and their installation guide.
- The organiser sees where everyone is, never the installation codes, nor another adult's contact details or detailed usage.
- Personal link: each link opens only its traveller's eSIM. You can remove it at any time.
- Secure payment: Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. No mobile number required to buy.

Frequently asked questions about family eSIMs
Can I buy the whole family's eSIMs in one go?
Yes. You choose the destination, the dates and the number of travellers (up to 10), then a plan for each person. You pay once. Each traveller then receives their personal installation link, without creating an account.
How does the group discount work?
From 3 eSIMs in the same order, 10% is taken off the total, rounded in your favour. The discount is shown before payment. It cannot be combined with a promo code: the better of the two discounts applies.
Is the price the same for a child?
Yes: for the same plan, a Child eSIM costs the same as an adult eSIM. The configurator automatically suggests a smaller amount of data, and the child's screen shows no prices.
Does my child need an account?
No. No account is created in the child's name. The Child profile is managed by the parent who placed the order.
What does the organiser see of the others' eSIMs?
They see the status of each eSIM (link sent, opened, installed, connected) and can top it up. They never see the installation codes, another adult's contact details or their detailed usage.
My child's phone does not accept eSIMs: what should I do?
It will not be able to install an eSIM. If an eSIM was bought for it and is not yet installed, you can reassign it to another traveller from the trip dashboard.
Only one of us has run out of data: do we need to buy everything again?
No. You top up only their eSIM, from the trip dashboard, with no reinstallation. The others are not affected.
What happens to the data we did not use?
It becomes credit for your next trip.
Can we choose a different plan for each person?
Yes. The usage level you choose applies to the whole group, then you change the plan of any traveller: a large amount of data for a teenager, a small one for a child.
