Work and personal, kept apart

The company pays for the trip’s data. For their holidays, employees buy for themselves in the same app: receipt in their name, never on the company invoice, and the company sees nothing.

What founders and accountants ask

Is there a subscription?

No. The team space is free. You only pay for each trip’s plans, at the price shown, with a discount from 3 eSIMs.

How many people do we need?

One is enough. The group discount applies from 3 eSIMs bought together, up to 20 eSIMs per trip. No quote.

Is the invoice in the company’s name? With or without VAT?

Yes, in the company’s name, issued by Mocom SAS (France). French company: price excl. VAT + 20% VAT, recoverable. Company in another EU country with a verified VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT. Outside the EU: no VAT. A copy can go automatically to your accounting.

What about the next trip?

You plan it in a few clicks: each person gets their eSIM for the new destination, to install before leaving.

What if an employee runs out of data on the trip?

They ask from their app. A manager approves and pays in one click; the data is added right away and the top-up appears on a company invoice.

And if they want an eSIM for themselves?

They buy it themselves, in the same app and account. The receipt is in their name and the company sees nothing.

An employee leaves the company?

Remove them from the team in one click. Their current eSIM stays active until the end of the plan, with no further spending, and invoices stay in the history.
