Sirocco

Sirocco is a brand and service published by Mocom LLC. Sirocco sells data eSIMs for trips abroad, designed for families and groups: one eSIM per person, a single purchase, a group price and no mobile number required.

The team is based in France. Mocom LLC also publishes Sift, an international mobile top-up transfer service.

Payment and partners

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. eSIMs are supplied by a technical eSIM provider and carried by the partner mobile operators of each destination; the list of partner networks appears on the plan details page of each plan.

Intellectual property

The Sirocco name, logo, mascot, and the texts, illustrations and software of the website and app are protected by copyright and trade mark law and belong to Mocom LLC or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited. The Apple, Google, Android and Stripe trade marks belong to their respective owners.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), any consumer may refer a matter, free of charge, to a mediator after a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory response. The contact details of the mediator with which Mocom LLC is registered are provided on written request to support@sirocco.mobi. The terms of sale set out the procedure.
