Travel credit

In short

The data you don't use becomes credit for your next trip. It is calculated automatically when each eSIM expires.

How it's calculated

When the eSIM expires, each unused whole GB gives €0.50 of credit, up to €15.00 per trip. Fractions of a GB don't count. Example: 3 GB unused on a 10 GB plan = €1.50 of credit.

Eligible data

The data from all the eSIMs in the order, added up traveller by traveller. An eSIM that was never installed counts for its full allowance. Top-ups bought during the trip are counted in the same way.

Using it

The credit is applied automatically to your next order, after the group discount. The amount used is shown in the order summary before payment, and on the invoice.

Rules

Expiry

12 months after the expiry of the eSIM that generated it. The oldest credit is used first.

Beneficiary

The account that paid for the order, including for the other travellers' eSIMs.

Cap

€15.00 per trip. The credit never exceeds the amount of the next order: any remainder is kept.

Combining

With the group discount (10% from 3 eSIMs) and with a promo code. It cannot be paid out in cash or transferred.

Cancellation

An order cancelled before delivery doesn't generate credit. The credit is lost when the account is deleted.

Your travel credit balance appears in your account and in the order summary of each order.
