Two ways to install

You install with them.

All the QR codes are on one page, to print or download as a PDF. You scan them with the group, on Wi-Fi, at the preparation meeting.

Each pilgrim installs at home.

They receive their link by email. You can see in your space who has installed, and you can resend a link in one click.

The timeline

When they sign up for the trip

Do the phone test with each person: *#06# should show an EID number, and the phone must not be locked to an operator.

Before departure

Install the eSIMs, on Wi-Fi. An eSIM only connects once in the country.

On arrival

Data roaming must be on for the Sirocco line. Their usual line stays on for calls and SMS, and it is not charged for data.

The line to say

"I'm adding an eSIM for Saudi Arabia: 5 GB for 15 days for €16.90. You keep your number and WhatsApp to send news to your family."
