These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Sirocco eSIM mobile app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is published by Mocom LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, reachable at support@sirocco.mobi ("Sirocco", "we").
Sirocco provides international mobile data plans as eSIMs (embedded SIM). A plan is purchased once for the whole family: each traveller receives their own eSIM and connects to a shared data pool.
The Service requires an eSIM-compatible, unlocked device and a Sirocco account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be an adult to subscribe; an adult may add minor travellers under their responsibility (parental control).
The eSIM is delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed (QR code and/or automatic in-app activation). Each added traveller receives their own eSIM at no extra purchase. Device compatibility is the customer's responsibility; compatibility information is shown before purchase.
Prices are shown in the app in the displayed currency, exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; we do not store your card details. At present no tax is collected at checkout; any applicable tax may be added later and shown to you before payment. A receipt is emailed to you, and your receipts and invoices are available in your account.
Data is pooled within the trip's shared allowance. Any credit for unused data is governed by each plan's terms, shown at purchase. Coverage and speeds depend on local partner networks and cannot be guaranteed everywhere.
An eSIM is a supply of digital content. By requesting immediate delivery you consent to the Service being performed and, where applicable, acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the eSIM is activated. An unactivated eSIM may be refunded on request to support@sirocco.mobi, under the conditions shown at purchase.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not fraudulently, abusively or for resale. Abnormal use may lead to suspension of the Service.
The Service relies on third-party networks; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or speed. To the extent permitted by law, Mocom LLC's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant plan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The Sirocco brand, app and content are protected. No licence is granted beyond your personal use of the Service.
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update the Service and these Terms; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of purchase. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Before taking action, please contact us at support@sirocco.mobi to seek an amicable resolution.
