This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have when using Sirocco eSIM.
The data controller is Mocom LLC (United States). For any question about your data: support@sirocco.mobi.
We process your data to: provide and activate the eSIM and manage the shared pool (performance of the contract); process payments and issue receipts (contract and legal obligation); provide support, security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest); send you service information (contract) and, where relevant, marketing with your consent.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service: Stripe (payments), our connectivity partner (eSIM supply and activation), and hosting and notification providers. We do not sell your personal data.
As Mocom LLC is based in the United States, your data may be processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses).
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations (in particular invoices). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Exercise them at support@sirocco.mobi. EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption of sensitive data, access controls) to protect your information.
The Service is intended for adults. An adult may add minor travellers under their responsibility; their data is processed solely within the family trip.
We may update this policy; the applicable version is published in the app and on this site.
